7. Cookies and Cloudflare Analytics
This website uses first-party, Cloudflare-native analytics to understand traffic, measure contact and insurance-quote intent, and improve site performance. We do not use Google Analytics.
First-party analytics is enabled by default when you visit the site. While analytics is active, our Cloudflare Worker sets secure, first-party cookies for:
- your analytics status, retained for up to one year;
- a random pseudonymous visitor identifier, retained for up to 90 days;
- a random pseudonymous session identifier, which expires after 30 minutes and is renewed while the session remains active.
Our custom Cloudflare Analytics Engine dataset may receive the page path, broad device class, normalized campaign labels, and the placement and destination of a contact or Faye quote link you activate. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, travel-form responses, full browser details, or raw IP addresses to that custom dataset.
Cloudflare injects a privacy-choice overlay into this website. You may opt out through that Cloudflare control without losing website functionality. The site applies Cloudflare consent updates when they are reported by the overlay. Opting out clears our analytics identity cookies and prevents our tracked redirect routes from recording conversion intent. A non-identifying first-party opt-out cookie may be retained for up to one year so that choice is honored reliably.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide services,
- comply with legal and accounting obligations,
- resolve disputes,
- enforce agreements,
- and maintain business records.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or providers.
We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to your information,
- request correction of inaccurate information,
- request deletion of certain information,
- withdraw consent where applicable,
- or opt out of marketing communications.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
13. International Travel and Data Transfers
Because travel services often involve international Suppliers and destinations, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your state or country of residence, which may have different privacy laws and protections.
By using our services, you consent to such transfers where necessary to provide travel services.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
